About Southlake Estates Homeowners Association
Southlake Estates Home Owners Association (HOA) is a nonprofit corporation established in 2015 by the developers of the subdivision, McLeod Property Development, LLC. The developers currently own the undeveloped land surrounding the subdivision and the Maple Street entrance. HOA is run by the homeowners of Southlake Estates Subdivision. This website is maintained as a project of the homeowners’ association in an effort to keep the community informed of the association’s activities and neighborhood events, while using the most recent technology of today. Visitors are welcome to browse through the public pages of the website, however, to ensure the privacy of our members, certain pages and sections are private and can only be accessed by registered members.
